今日は、写真を撮ることをすっかり忘れてしまったのですが、なんと先程、フランスにいるはず(違うかも)の、女将が大好きなフォトグラファーのクロちゃんこと @chloe.jafe が撮ってくれた写真を送ってくれたので、そちらをアップして見ました。
もう、最後の写真はこれでいい！と思っちゃうくらいカッコよく撮ってくれて嬉しい！！！メルシーーボークー♪

今夜は、お相撲の話で盛り上がっちゃって申し訳ございません！やっぱり若いお相撲さんたちが夢を見れなくなってきちゃった今の状況に、女将はやり切れない思いを爆発させてます。
中高年のお相撲関係の皆さま、どうぞ、人としてカッコいい背中を若い人たちに見せてください。アナタが見ていてカッコ悪いよなー、あんなオトナって思う様な背中は、痩せ我慢してでも隠してくださいませ。
お相撲さんだけに限らず、中高年の痩せ我慢のカッコいい背中を見せたいものです(痩せ我慢でいいのよ！涙！)。
私も頑張るわ！燃えろ！！全中高年！！(なんだか脂っぽいわね。。。)

Today, I completely forgot to take pictures, but just now, my landlady`s favorite photographer, Kuro-chan, also known as @chloe.jafe, who is supposed to be in France (maybe not), sent me some pictures, so I uploaded them.

I`m so happy that the pictures were taken so coolly that I thought this was the last picture of my life! Merci beaucoup♪

I`m sorry for getting so excited talking about sumo tonight! The landlady is really feeling frustrated with the current situation where young sumo wrestlers can no longer dream.

To all middle-aged and older people involved in sumo, please show the young people how cool you are as a person. If you think you look uncool or that you don`t like adults, please try your best to hide it.
I want to show not only sumo wrestlers, but also middle-aged and elderly people trying their best (if you try hard, you can show it! tears!).
I`ll do my best too! Go for it!! All middle-aged and elderly people!! (My words sound a bit oily...)

今夜も眠れないアナタ、コンバンハ❤️

今日は、バーレスク界のパイオニア、重鎮の姐さんと一緒に灼熱の浅草で歩き回り、浅草の裏街道をどう歩くかの研究をしておりました。
思いがけず喫煙者のオアシスとも言うべき喫茶店を発見したり(単に暑すぎて休憩)、きっちりRoadsideな場所の神社さんにお参りできたり、発見が色々ございました。
研究結果をお店に落とし込めたらと思っております。

お店に帰ってきたらお客さんがたくさんいらしてて、びっくり。10月にイベントをやるあの彼女たちにもお会いできて嬉しかったです。
お客さんとは、あまりおしゃべりできませんでしたが、私の推しのドキドキクラブさん @dokidokiclub_insta2 の写真をご覧いただいたあの方から、ドキドキさんの作品に対しての名言が出ましたので残しておきたいと思います。

「わーー。なんかメガネが曇って見えない時と同じ気持ちになるー」

Good evening to you who can`t sleep tonight❤️

Today, I walked around the scorching hot Asakusa with my favorite woman, a pioneer in the burlesque world, and researched "how to walk the back streets of Asakusa".

We unexpectedly discovered a coffee shop that could be called an oasis for smokers (we took a break because it was simply too hot), and visited a shrine in a roadside location, and made many other discoveries.

I hope to be able to incorporate the results of my research into the shop.

When I returned to the shop, I was surprised to see so many customers. I was also happy to meet the girls who will be holding an event in October.

I didn`t get to talk much with the customers, but someone who saw a photo of my favorite Dokidoki Club @dokidokiclub_insta2 said something great about Dokidoki`s work, so I would like to leave it here.

"Wow. It makes me feel the same as when my glasses are fogged up and I can`t see."

ハンダゴテのような電熱ペンを使って、板を焦がすことで絵柄を描いていくウッドバーニングというクラフトがある。古くから世界中で親しまれてきた技法だが、その電熱ペンを使って木片ではなく皮革に絵を描く「焼き絵作家」が、元心（げんしん）である。ヌメ革独特の肌に描かれるのは浮世絵の美人や役者絵、相撲取りといった伝統的図柄から、虎、犬、猫、昆虫など、身の回りの生き物たちまでさまざま。中には春画を題材にしたものもある。
塩澤佳明は1958年６月22日、葛飾区の高砂に生まれた――

「親分」でも「組長」でもなく、「焼き絵師・元心」となって、最初の個展のころはまだ現役だったけれど、いまは堅気の立場。周囲に迷惑をかけないように、名前もそう変えたのだという。ちなみに作品に押されている「元心」の落款は、付き合いの長い警視庁の刑事さんが作ってくれたものだとか。
まったく独学で焼絵の世界に入ったのが2013～14年のことなので、もうすぐ20年目。当然ながら日本の美術メディアは完全無視だが、2016年ごろからヨーロッパのサロン展で幾度も入選しているキャリアの持主でもある。
　元心さんは大病を重ね、入院と大手術を幾度も繰り返し、いまも透析に通いながら、日々革に向かっている。

Genshin title unknown
Genshin is a yaki-e, or pyrographic artist, who draws pictures through the process of burning. His tool isa soldering iron, and his canvas is leather, rather than the more commonly used wood. He chooses a minimally processed hide known as nume for its unique texture. His mostly traditional designs include ukiyo-e beauties, actors, sumo wrestlers, tigers, cats, dogs, insects and other creatures. Some of his images are based on erotic shunga.
Born Shiozawa Yoshiaki on 22 June 1958 in Takasago, Katsushika City, Genshin developed late as an artist after running away from home at the age of 15.
Although still active as a gangster at the time of his first exhibition, Genshin insists he’s no yakuza lieutenant or godfather, but merely a pyrographic artist. The seal with which he stamps his works was designed by a detective from the Metropolitan Police Department, with whom he had a long association. Now almost 10 years into his new self-taught vocation, he pays no heed to the Japanese art media, but since around 2016 has been approached several times to stage salon shows in Europe. Grappling with serious illnesses, he has often been hospitalised and endured major surgery. He continues to undergo dialysis while working daily on his leather.

勝木てるお
「週刊漫画TIMES」「漫画ゴラク」「漫画パンチ」「土曜漫画」……昭和40年代の男性向け週刊漫画誌で勝木てるおの作品は数多く見つかるが、そのプロフィールはまだきちんと探せていない。「鉛筆で読む本　本と遊ぼう！　目で考えるクイズと立体パズル・ゲーム」という勝木てるお著の、新書版の娯楽本があり（昭和42年、日本文芸社刊）、その見返しにこんなプロフィールが載っていた――
　昭和６年、東京生まれ。愛称「テーちゃん」。機敏なユーモア、非論理的なオシャベリが得意。生活そのものがマンガで彼のまわりに笑いが絶えることがない。自他ともに認める「おかしな人物」である。
　酒を愛し、なかでも、美人のいる店なら千里の道も遠しとせず、仕事をおっぽらかして遊び歩く、そんな遊びの中から生まれたのがこの本である。

Katsuki Teruo original manga magazine cover illustrations

Many of Katsuki’s illustrations appeared on the covers of 1960s magazines, Weekly Manga Times, Manga Goraku, Manga Punch and Saturday Manga, but little is known about his life. A profile on the back cover of a 1967 book he authored called Pencil Books: Let’s Play with Books! Quiz and 3D Puzzle Games for the Eyes (Nihon Bungeisha), describes him as follows:Born in Tokyo in 1931. Nicknamed ‘Tee-chan.’ He excels at quick jokes and illogical witticisms. His life itself is a comic strip and he is never without laughter. He is a self-professed ‘funny man,’ who loves drinking and will drop his work for any bar with beautiful women, no matter how far, and that’s how this book was born.

《モォ～やめて》山形牧子
1954年生まれの主婦。横浜出身で、結婚して岩手にやってきた。
　「それでいまから15年ほど前ですかね、石巻のカルチャー教室で、絵を習い始めたんです。きっかけというほどのものでもないけど、『毎日、なんのために生きてるんだろう』って疑問を感じて（笑）。そこの先生が『絵にはうまくていい絵、うまくて駄目な絵、下手でいい絵、下手で駄目な絵とある』と教えてくれて、『だからあなたは下手でいい絵を目指せ』って」。最初のころは壺とか描いてたんですけど（笑）、すぐに人物になりました。デッサンとかやったことなかったけれど、人間を描きたかったんです。」
　「牛は……もともと好きではあったんですが、人物と組み合わせるようになったのは７、８年前から。あれ、牛は男のかわりなのね。女と男のからみをそのまま描いちゃうと、露骨すぎるんじゃないかと思って。擬人化の反対というか……だからテーマは『愛』なんです！」
「展覧会では入選してるし、おもしろがってくれるひともいるけど、会場で観て、真っ赤な顔して怒るひともいたし。こんな田舎でしょ、近所のひとも覗きに来てギョッとしたり。あと、夫と娘は『頼むからやめてくれ』って、すごく嫌がってます（笑）。」まだいちども個展を開いていないし、作品を売った経験もないという山形さん。でも何年間もの制作でずいぶん作品も溜まっているだろうと思ったら、「ここに並べたのと、あとはちょっとだけ。ぜんぶで２0～30枚しかないかな」と言われてびっくり。なんと、描きあがった作品もどんどん潰して、その上からどんどん新作を描いてしまうのだという！もう20年以上住んでいるけれど、いまだに田舎特有の閉鎖的な空気になじめないでいるという山形さんは、「だからこそ絵に集中できるのかもしれないですね」と教えてくれた。

Yamagata Makiko moo~stop
Born in 1954 in Yokohama, Yamagata Makiko is a housewife who paints in her rural studio about an hour and a half north of Sendai City, Miyagi prefecture. She moved here after getting married. Her village of Tsuyama, population 3,000, is situated on the banks of the Kitakami River on the outskirts of the historic town of Tome, also known as the ‘Meiji-Village of Miyagi.’I started painting about 15 years ago at a culture class in Ishinomaki. I had started to wonder what was my purpose in existing every day (laughs). My teacher told me there are good good pictures; good bad pictures; bad good pictures; and bad bad pictures; and that I should aim for bad good pictures.In the beginning, I painted things like vases, but I shifted to portraits. I had never sketched, but I wanted to draw people. However I have always liked cows, and seven or eight years ago I started combining cows with people. It occurred to me I was using cows as substitutes for men. Perhaps I thought that if I depicted actual relationships between women and men, it would be too explicit. So by bringing cows into people…it’s the opposite of anthropomorphism, isn’t it? Anyway, I guess my theme is ‘love!’
